No, the lady in the kimono is a figment of my imagination. I was at this bridge in the park at Xinbeitou and the image of this bridge stuck in my mind. I am not sure why but I guess this bridge looks like a romantic meeting place for lovers. In fact, it was made famous in an old Taiwanese movie called the Old Bridge at the Hot Spring (my translation) that was a love story. So as usual, I had excess ink from my calligraphy practice and made use of it to get the image from my mind onto something more permanent. For the details I had to refer to the photos I had taken.
